💡 Scope of Work
B-iTechnology successfully implemented a complete surveillance and network infrastructure system at Rivan Compound – New Administrative Capital, under the supervision of Al-Taameer Al-Arabia Company.
The project included the following stages:

🧱 1️⃣ Infrastructure Works
🔹 Executed underground trenching and cabling following high safety and engineering standards.
🔹 Supplied and installed high-quality CAT6 network cables across all project zones.

⚙️ 2️⃣ Equipment Installation
🔹 Installed a dedicated rack cabinet to organize cables and devices for stable and efficient operation.
🔹 Installed PoE switches to power and connect all IP cameras.
🔹 Installed UPS units to ensure system uptime during power outages.
🔹 Mounted and configured high-resolution CCTV cameras along the compound’s perimeter, warehouses, caravans, and all main entrances and exits.

🖥️ 3️⃣ System Configuration
🔹 Cleaned and re-configured existing NVR devices to restore performance and stability.
🔹 Configured and integrated all cameras and network devices into a unified, centralized monitoring system.
🔹 Set up a dedicated monitoring PC in the Chairman’s office for direct on-site viewing and control.

🌐 4️⃣ Remote Connectivity & Monitoring
🔹 Implemented Port Proxy technology to enable live remote monitoring from the company’s main branch in Fifth Settlement.
🔹 Integrated a 4G network connection to ensure continuous and reliable system access from any location.

🎯 Result:
A fully integrated and reliable surveillance system delivering comprehensive coverage, stable connectivity, and remote accessibility — enhancing site security and management efficiency.

💾 Servers:
Three Dell servers were included, configured to meet operational needs and performance efficiency.
🔋 UPS Units:
To ensure continuous operation in the event of a power outage, a UPS device was installed to ensure system stability.
📦 Patch Panel:
A patch panel was utilized to ensure the neat organization and operation of cables.
🛡️ Software:
Windows Server was installed optimally, along with the setup and management of a firewall from Sophos to protect the network from threats.
📡 Internet Line:
A high-speed fiber internet line was provided to ensure reliable and fast connectivity.
📟 Mikrotik Device:
A Mikrotik device was used to manage the network and improve performance.
📞 Internal IP PBX:
An internal IP PBX of the Grunstream type was installed, enhancing internal communication effectiveness.
📡 Gateway for Landlines:
A gateway for landlines was implemented to facilitate communication operations.
